Poetry for Fluency Set 3 e-publication with narration.

Have fun using rhythm and rhyme to build confident readers!

When reading or hearing poetry, rhyming rhythms and sound patterns combine with sensory details and unexpected twists of the plot to express ideas in new, unexpected, and pleasing ways. Thus, in a few words, students are immersed in language play that naturally builds reading confidence, enjoyment, and close reading for comprehension.

These poems are for all ages. They are fun for the ear, eye, and mind to explore. For early readers, the experience may mostly be read-aloud with perhaps a little focus on one or two phonemic patterns.

Poetry builds close listening and thus close reading for enjoyment and comprehension while inviting people to find patterns within an enjoyable and surprising flow of sound and thought. Nothing but best poems for building heart bright nests for beginning readers.
